Payment & Policy for Climbing Courses and Guiding Services

Please visit the specific Climbing Courses and Guiding Services web pages for our rates. All rates are fixed and non-negotiable for parties of up to two clients. Our 1:3 guide to client ratio ensures the best conditions, safety and learning environment for our clients.

We apologize for the inconvenience for being temporarily unable to accept credit card deposits on-line. However, you may make a transfer to our account through one of the several public bank machines located throughout Korea. If you are paying from within the Republic of Korea, we recommend either making a direct transfer from your Korean bank account. Most bank machines have English options; however, if there are problems, feel free to contact us, and we will gladly help you make the transfer. If you are paying from overseas, please take note of the information below.

Our Climbing Courses and Guiding Services are not available without prior booking and confirmation of a payment or a minimum 20% deposit. In order to insure your desired dates, please make your payment or deposit as soon as possible in order to avoid losing your spot. We also cannot accept personal checks or money orders. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you out on the rock or ice with IGK!
